HOW TO CANCEL T FORM

 

Create a new T form with the correction if something needed amending and send it through.

If the original T form which needs cancelling is from Dover/Sevington create an email to Border Force International Trade Dover Western Docks [email protected]

Ask them to reject the T form and the reason why.

 

If the T form is for anywhere else email [email protected]

 

In the email subject line put CANCEL REQUEST then the LRN and the MRN in which you need cancelling.

 

In the email start it with this information then the LRN and MRN which will be replacing it (MRN can be the same if the ead stays the same) and the reason for the cancellation.

Attach both T forms to the email.

 

For example, of email :

Please cancel LRN: EX2507342T1 MRN: 25GBBG3H660IZCIAA4 as it is a duplicate of LRN: EX2507342AT1 MRN: 25GBBRFELVZXVZ6AA3. Both docs are attached. The reason for the duplicate is the destination office was incorrect.
