COVID-19

Relay Port Agency Ltd continues to set out controls in the workplace in order to reduce the risk of the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.  As a business, we continue to comply with our legal obligations relating to health and safety, employment, and equality.

We will continue to proactively manage respiratory illnesses in the workplace and communicate this to all employees and third parties as necessary.

As an employer we continue to consider the following key points to keep our employees safe:

• Do we have people in the workplace who are at higher risk from serious illness if they contract COVID-19?
• Assess situations on an individual basis if people have tested positive or are displaying COVID-19 symptoms.
• Encourage and enable vaccination – in accordance with our existing legal obligations, we will consider how best to support and enable employees who wish to be vaccinated to get their vaccines when offered them.
• Let fresh air in – keep areas well ventilated – letting fresh air in as much as possible.
• Retained hygiene measures - maintain a clean workplace, encouraging our employees to maintain a clean working environment by providing cleaning products, including soap, hot water and/or hand sanitiser.
