When an immediate payment has been made incorrectly this is the process for obtaining a refund.

 

Use the link above and download the form CDSCAW1 (Ignore the fact that it refers to CDS Cash Accounts). Complete it as fully as possible and forward to:

On the Subject Line on the email please put:  CDSCAW1 form
